How it works, step by step:
- Fill in the form on this page and we will send you your Gold Pack FREE of charge. Your Gold Pack contains all the information you need to sell your old gold and jewellery for cash.
- You complete the form and provide it with copies of your identification as listed,
- Return the Gold Pack satchel by taking it (in person) to Australia Post - ask for a 'lodgement scan' so we can provide insurance for your Gold Pack,
- Once we receive your Gold Pack, we will test your gold, sort it by purity, take out the NON-gold portions and stones, weigh the remainder, and call you with a price, which you can either accept or reject.
- If you accept our price, we pay you promptly via your preferred payment method.
- If you reject our price – we will return your items FREE of charge.
- If we buy your gold and you change your mind within 3 days, we will return your goods once you have paid for the return postage of $10 into our account. If we do not receive payment within 7 days of the transaction date, the gold will be considered sold and retained by us.
